JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the launch strategy of stores for the company.
• Monitor KPIs for operations.
• Manage a quickly-growing team of operators in several locations.
• Oversee the day-to-day work and operations of store employees to ensure
• standards and guidelines are followed.
• Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets.
• Identify operational and/or employee related issues and provide effective solutions.
• Creative thinking on how to achieve sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least have 3+ years as Area Manager & Retail Management experience.
• You are results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance.
• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage tight
• deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• You are a good communicator and leader.
• You communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Experience in FnB or Retail is a plus.
• Tech Savvy, computer literate and understands google sheets.
• Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
