JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquisition (80%):

  • Prospect Identification: Identify potential B2B clients through market research, analysis, and networking.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads by actively reaching out to clients through leveraging offline and online channels.
  • Pitching: Present the scheme and benefits of partnering with us for their B2B needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, addressing client concerns, and successfully closing deals.

Retention (20%):

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow with key partners to continuously grow
  • Customer Support: Act as a dedicated point of contact for B2B clients, promptly addressing any issues, inquiries, or requests they may have.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and MD Office team to identify potential business opportunities and align B2B sales efforts with overall business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2+ years of working experience as sales/ business development. F&B companies’ background is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.
  • Tech Savy, computer literate and understands google sheets.
  • Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English.
