JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquisition (80%):
- Prospect Identification: Identify potential B2B clients through market research, analysis, and networking.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads by actively reaching out to clients through leveraging offline and online channels.
- Pitching: Present the scheme and benefits of partnering with us for their B2B needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, addressing client concerns, and successfully closing deals.
Retention (20%):
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow with key partners to continuously grow
- Customer Support: Act as a dedicated point of contact for B2B clients, promptly addressing any issues, inquiries, or requests they may have.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and MD Office team to identify potential business opportunities and align B2B sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the overall B2B scheme, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth order processing, logistics, and
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2+ years of working experience as sales/ business development. F&B companies’ background is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Tech Savy, computer literate and understands google sheets.
- Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
- Fluent in Bahasa & English.
