Terms & Conditions

  1. The Ultimate Joyful Treats Giveaway “The Giveaway” will be held from 13 December 2022 to 24 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”) The promotion campaign is organized by Flash Coffee HK Limited  (“Flash Coffee”).
  2. The promotion campaign is only applicable for Hong Kong.
  3. Participants can win more than once by making multiple eligible purchases during the promotion period.
  4. The announcement of conclusion will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on December 30, 2022.
  5. Participants will receive a Gift Card with the e-voucher code after the purchase of at least one cup of The Ultimate joyful Treats Series. To redeem the prize, participants must register or login on the Flash Coffee app. A valid e-voucher code must be entered at the checkout page in order to be effective.
  6. Participants must register as a member and enter the e-voucher code for the redemption. If the participant fails to enter the e-voucher code, the qualification for the prize will be cancelled.
  7. If the participant fails to redeem the prize within the notified date, the qualification for the prize will be automatically cancelled, and the participant shall not object.
  8. All vouchers will expire on 31 January, 2023
  9. The prizes include:
    • 1st prize: 1 month free drinks (Essentials) 
    • 2nd prize: 1 week free drinks (Essentials) 
    • 3rd prize: Buy One Get One Free (Essentials)
    • Other prizes:
      1. 1 free “Flash Tea” 
      2. 1 free Latte 
      3. HK$5 off 
      4. HK$1 off 
  10. Each eligible receipt can only receive 1 Gift Card with 1 e-voucher code, no repeated redemption using the same e-voucher code is allowed.
  11. All e-vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. 
  12. Any participant participating in The Giveaway means that he or she has agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of this campaign. If a participant violates the above terms and conditions, Flash Coffee reserves the absolute right to cancel the qualification.
  13. For compatibility and Terms and Conditions of the App, please refer to “Help Center” in the App.
  14. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
