FLASH COFFEE Jurong Point

Got vegan milk options (oat, coconut and soy).
Rich and creamy, mildly sweet and extra hot. That’s how I love my caramel latte! I’m sure, you’ll love it too ! Try it! 1$ top-up for mylk.
I paid 5.8$ for a small.
Tried macadamia flavour too! It was equally delicious

The coffee taste is decent. Not a strong coffee if that’s what u are after - a bit on the milky side. But the coffee taste is smooth and not acidic.
But what was disappointing was the waiting time. I waited 15-20 min for a cappuccino and macadamia latte. No one should wait that long for drinks. Kind of ironic given the name is flash coffee.
There were 6 staff behind the counter and I think i saw at least 3 of them making my coffee so maybe there is a workflow / inefficiency issue there.
In addition, they called out my number but only had the macadamia latte ready. I then had to wait a further 5 min for the cappuccino.
Overall its a decent cup of coffee but waiting time needs to improve especially with that many staff behind the counter. There wasn't a huge queue at the time. About 6 of us in queue.
